Who We Are
Resident Care Pharmacy exclusively provides 24/7 pharmacy and medication management services to community based organizations across Ontario. Managing multiple medications for multiple individuals can be overwhelming that’s why our experienced and dedicated team is here to support individuals & staff with customized pharmacy services. Serving community based organizations with a focused & personalized approach is our specialty, each and every customer is important to us and is part of the Resident Care family.
What We Do
Resident Care Pharmacy works alongside community based organizations such as group homes, supportive living, youth justice programs, mental health & addictions programs and more.
Our team works together with home staff and physicians to provide innovative solutions to daily challenges surrounding medication management. We provide safety enhanced medication packaging, MAR sheets, pharmacy forms, on-site support, staff training, consulting services, 24/7/365 support and more.
Our pharmacy services and processes align with Quality Assurance Measures set out by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and are up to date with best practice recommendations from accrediting bodies such as Accreditation Canada and Focus.
