No. Resident Care Pharmacy provides free daily delivery.
Resident Care Pharmacy will establish a custom emergency after hours service plan for your location. This will consist of working with a pharmacy local to you (satellite pharmacy) to fulfill the urgent order. Should there be any issues obtaining the urgent order from the satellite pharmacy our on-call team will arrange a Resident Care Pharmacy driver to deliver the order.
Yes! Resident Care Pharmacy offers same day delivery for orders received before 5pm unless a earlier cut off time has been communicated due to distance. However, there are certain circumstances where a prescription may not be delivered same day if we are awaiting clarification from the prescriber or home.
Resident Care Pharmacy delivers all across Ontario.
Upon receipt of the delivery, the driver will require the receiving staffs signature on the Resident Care Pharmacy delivery sheet. The receiving staff is also required to fill out the delivery arrival time section on the delivery sheet. These delivery times will be logged, tracked and audited.
Yes, we use insulated containers and ice packs to ensure safe transportation of refrigerated products.
